Description
Please refer to OPS ticket - ITOPS-186220 ITOPs REQ / BCROS - FM0493718 - missing information on auto generated document (link TBD).
Problem:
- [ ] Staff only have access to replace a corporation proprietor and add another corporation proprietor.
- [ ] Valid Use case
- The original corporation proprietor amalgamated into another entity
- The new entity took over the firm
[ ] Invalid Use case
- Staff replace a corporation proprietor and add another corporation proprietor, that has no relationship with the original corporation proprietor.
- This would be an invalid filing, and the firm would become an invalid legal record.
Impact:
- [ ] We had so far two such instances where the corporation proprietor was incorrectly changed, and then added back.
Mitigation:
- [ ] We need the filing, as is, for the valid case.
- [ ] We need to prevent the invalid case.
Changes required:
- [ ] Add an acknowledgement and clickable radio button; "This new corporation entered as a proprietor is a result of the amalgamation of the original proprietor, and is legally taking over ownership of this firm" - or something to this extent.
