Continuation In automated email

Request for clarification on the intent/purpose of the automated email and assist with answering below questions

1. Is this email intended to communicate NWPTA or MRAS information?
2. The email refers to an “initiative” (highlighted below) – what is this referring to?
3. What does this sentence mean “As part of a provincial and federal partnership, BC Registries and Online Services, our New West Partners, and other Canadian jurisdictions have developed an agreement to share company information.”?
4. The partner links seem to lead to a variety of landing pages – the Alberta link leads to a page that provides information on how to extra provincially register an AB company in other jurisdictions, whereas the other links simply lead to the home page for these jurisdictions. Is this correct?
5. Is there a reason why only these 4 jurisdictions are listed? Quebec is not a part of NWPTA or MRAS as far as I know.
