Repository and method for tracking periodic production support tasks

**Objective:**

Establish a structured and auditable method for tracking periodic production support tasks performed by the development team (e.g., running scripts, gathering statistics, etc).

**Scope:**
This process applies to recurring or ad hoc tasks executed in the production environment that require visibility, review, and traceability.

Currently we have :
• Monitoring BEN companies becoming active
• Monitoring BEN companies coming out of draft
• Monitoring BEN companies altering to another type
• Monitoring sync to COLIN status
• Execution of back-end jobs

**Proposed approach :**
• All periodic production tasks will be tracked via individual tickets created under the epic "Production Support – Periodic Tasks".
• Each ticket will include:
o Task description
o Responsible person
o Execution window
o Validation steps
o Output or result summary
o Review and/or approval (if needed)
• A shared location (e.g., Google spreadsheet, filter/dashboard, etc.) will store execution schedule or link to all such tickets for auditing and knowledge transfer.

• Ensures visibility and consistency of production changes
• Enables easy review and validation
• Supports auditability and analysis for future decision making
• Facilitates onboarding and knowledge sharing
