ASSETS - PPR - Search - Historical Records

**Staff Request:**
Staff would like the ability to search for historical PPR registrations.

**Definition:**
Historical registrations refer to expired or discharged registrations.

**Details:**
- Registrations submitted before 2022 (legacy data) require an OPTS ticket, as noted by Doug (API team).
- Registrations submitted in or after 2022 can be searched in the existing PPR database. These include records with a status of “discharged”.

**Suggested Solution:**
Allow staff to pull in Discharged PPR Registrations into their PPR Table
When a historical registration is selected:
- Display the **Base Registration** details.
- Include a **read-only view** of all associated changes (e.g., amendments, renewals, discharges).
- Clearly indicate that the registration is **discharged** and **not editable.**
