Entities - Incremental rollout : Group 2 Onboarding

- In August, we will continue onboarding users and entities, with a focus on law firms that use third-party software to manage corporations. This group (Group 2) includes API users and vendors like ALF Software and MinuteBox, who manage filings on behalf of law firms.
- Based on API user readiness, and improvements to the business affiliation process, this group onboarding is expected to continue throughout August and September.

The following is required:

- [ ] Ensure proper API-level checks during authorization and permission assignment. API users must not be able to bypass validation to prevent unauthorized actions.
- [ ] Align the set of features available to API users with those available to clients using the UI. Not all features are released yet; both groups of users should have access to the same feature set in Production.
- [ ] Align backend (BE) and frontend (FE) validation for enabled features to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- [ ] Implement proper logging of API user activity to support monitoring, troubleshooting, and audit requirements.
