Add Support for "Other" Currencies

COLIN uses an "Other" option for the currency of share series, we need to add support for this.
Data is being imported by the migration tools, front end needs updating to support - possible API chanegs needed

Requirement:

Display "Other" currency on Share Sturcture panel when Other field is populated:

We need the user to be able to see other currency type, but not be able to retain the other currency or enter an other currency if they update share structure.

Also needs to be displayed in NOA if changes made to other share series
