**Visual Design updates**

In Filter and Sort Epics ( Liz if they aren't there I am currently working on moving them)
- [ ] Keep filters saved for user session (until they turn them off) - in filter and sort epic
- [ ] Showing filters on with X clear icons & #E4EDF7 field colour - in filter and sort epic
- [ ] Update to new "Clear Filters X" button (same height/ width as other blue buttons in the column)
- [ ] Loading animations (Initial, Filtering, Scrolling)
- [ ] Clear Filter button and selected filter view
- [ ] Add Labels "Sort By" and 'Filter By'
- [ ] Add missing registration types in filter by section

In this epic
- [ ] New column ordering
- [ ] Column header sort arrow rollover state
- [ ] Update Registration count in table header to be specific ( "Showing 5 of 35" to table header)
- [ ] New treatment for expired and discharged registrations
- [ ] Move 'View History' beside dropdown arrow - in the sub ticket related to re-ordering columns
