AS an owner or representative of a company that is required to file in the Registrar's Transparency Register
I want the ability to save my Transparency Register initial filing, annual report or change filing as a draft
SO that I can complete it at a later time
**Requirement**
- draft can be accessed by anyone on an account
- draft includes same redaction rules as within system
- draft enables lawyer to check verification checkbox as lawyer, and complete filing that was data entered by a paralegal
