Design One Time Password for Delegates

Design user experience for the delegates to use registries login or BC Services Card;

- When the owner/admin invite delegates choose which type of login delegates will be using (?)
- On accepting the invite; user will be provided with an user profile creation page which would at minimum have First Name, Last Name, User Name and Password
- User will be then asked to login which will take them to Keycloak UI
- Keycloak will ask the user to setup OTP after entering the user name and password
- Upon successful login, user will be redirected to registries page
- On every next login, user will need to enter user name and password, then they will asked to enter OTP.
