API for Data portal to pull data from registry

**Support the following integrations with STR Data Portal:**
- API to pull partial registration data for an individual host registration number (does not include CRA tax identifiers)

**Side note: No Dev work required**
- STR Portal will also connect to the Bulk API to validate registration information of all platform data
