We need to be able to support the very old company types dating back to the late 1800s in BCROS in exactly the same way as we do for regular BC corps (BC, CCC, ULC, BEN, etc..).
CO_1860 = 'QA'
CO_1862 = 'QB'
CO_1878 = 'QC'
CO_1890 = 'QD'
CO_1897 = 'QE'
The original assumption was that these corp types would be migrated into BCROS as regular BC corps, but policy has ruled this out. As a result we have to add these five corp types to BCROS.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Ensure that corps of QA, QB, QC, QD, QE types can access BCROS, create accounts, manage their corps and perform all the same filings as BC type corps.
Please identify the scope and effort required to make this happen.

Research direction
Start by tracing how regular BC corps are supported throughout BCROS, including access, account creation, corporation management, and filings. Compare that path with the five requested types—QA, QB, QC, QD, and QE—and document the scope and effort needed for equivalent support. Done means all five types can perform the same operations as BC corps.
