Entities - Incremental rollout : Group 1 onboarding

This project is a set of epics required for the Group 1 onboarding (expanding Early adoption release).

Background

- Starting in April with two early-adopter law firms, we have been incrementally onboarding businesses from the legacy system to the new business registry, which allows us to test the data migration, monitor filings, and mitigate risks and impact on users and Registries staff.
- In July and August, we will start onboarding corporations who meet the Group 1 criteria.

Targeted users:
McMillan and Bennet Jones (just few users, same as now)
Number of companies to be migrated : 500- 550 (in batches of 50)

Scope :
- All filings enabling efficient BR operation (some filings rarely used might not be ready)
- Users support involved in support model for the release(BCOL, Maximus)

Post-release state:
All data from COLIN is migrated, filings in COLIN turned off, and all affected companies are used in the Modernized BR.
