Entities - Early Adoption project

This project is a set of epics required for the MVP Early Adoption release.

**Timeline:** Apr 1, 2025

**Targeted users: early adopters** - limited set of existing users willing to assist with trials, their data will be migrated to BR first

- McMillan (10 companies)
- Bennet Jones (10 companies)

**Scope** :

- Support simple filings, targeting needs of early adopters (already released in Directed Launch, need to work for migrated businesses : AR, COD, COA, Alterations, additionally : Voluntary Dissolution)
- Affiliation between accounts and businesses using UI
- Way of Navigation updates pertaining to Restoration NRs
- Bug fixes and improvements (BRD, Namex/NR, miscellaneous)

**Post-release state**:

Apr 1 - all released filings can be in use by BR users

- early adopters are engaged
- staff-only filings started to bye in used by BC Registry staff

Feedback loop from these early adopters and staff members is crucial for refining features prior to the broader release and for getting ready for opening the system to all other users.

Late May - MVP Launch with all the data from COLIN migrated, filings in COLIN turned off, and all users starting using the Modernized BR.
