business-filings-ui: remove code duplication in unit tests

## Description:
SonarCloud static code analysis has identified code duplication in our unit tests. It would be ideal to fix this (although -- IMHO -- not critical as the unit tests currently pass and fixing the code duplication has zero direct value for the customer -- only a possible code maintainability impact).
