Entities - Directed Launch (January)

This project is a collection of tasks and activities required to be completed for successful directed (soft) launch.

The target users for this release are individual clients rather than law firms, managing multiple corporations.
These individual clients will be able to file a new IA for the corporation types BC, ULC, and CCC (in addition to BEN corp. types already in production)

1.The release will include corporation types and limited set of filing:

- IA
- Change of Address
- Change of Directors
- Alterations
- Corrections

and features:

- Good Standing Certificate
- Registrar's Notation
- Registrar's Order

Additionally to support the Amalgamation work around (https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/entities---olga-65af15f59e89f5043c2911f7/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/24447) in case there will be requests to amalgamate companies in the Modernized BR with the companies in COLIN, the following features will be released for corporations:

- Freeze/Unfreeze - > clean-up has been completed in https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/entities---olga-65af15f59e89f5043c2911f7/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/20290
- Admin dissolution

1. New Business Dashboard readiness for directed launch (upgrade to Vue3 and NUXT is done by the BTR team, release is planned on Dec 10)
2. Upgraded MBR Dashboard (taken over from the SBC Connect team - estimated completion by the end of Dec)
3. Application Responsiveness issues resolved (what is applicable for directed launch)
