**Objective 1:**
Improve the efficiency and workflow of registries staff by releasing the Corporate Registries & Document Record Service Integration so that the DRS is available for 100% of the modernized staff and citizen filings over the course of PI 25.

Results 1:
100% of the modernized staff and citizen filings will be able to use the Document Record Service for the storage of all supporting documentation

Milestones 1:
- [ ] The top 5 staff filings are released to DEV & TEST and pass UAT
- [ ] Client/citizen facing filings are migrated from Min.io to DRS
- [ ] Staff are trained on how to use the new DRS, and how it works in a backwards compatible manner with scanning
- [ ] Market Release

**Objective 2:**
Improve the experience for users who register liens pertaining to the service, transport and storage of goods and livestock by releasing to market the Commercial Liens registrations on the prescribed date from the OIC

Results 2:
- The Commercial Liens registrations are available in PROD for new registrations, amendments, renewals and discharge.
- All active Repairer's Liens are able to be continued as a Commercial Lien on an on-demand basis for the purpose of amendment or renewal.

Milestones:
- [ ] The complete CLA feature set is available in SANDBOX after the OIC publication
- [ ] Public communication is sent out to interested parties via email and in-app info panels
- [ ] The RL/CLA transition work is in development and ready for PROD by early PI 25

**Objective 3:**
Priority Continuous Improvement: Aligning with branch priorities, the PPR and MHR need to enable credit card transactions so that 50% of BCOL account transactions within the MHR can be moved to either credit cards or PAD, with the goal of 100% of all BCOL transactions for both PPR & MHR being phased out completely by PI 28.

Results 3:
- Credit cards payments are available for accounts with access to the PPR and MHR

Milestones:
- [ ] Requirements complete for cc transactions including handling payment/transaction failures
- [ ] Requirements complete for how staff can process searches and transactions on behalf of credit card users
- [ ] Market release of CC self serve transactions in the PPR & MHR
- [ ] Market release of CC staff transactions in the PPR & MHR
