As a Business Registries User, I want to have immediate access to the digital documents that are part of all my filings and not have to wait months for a scanning process.

Note that Business Registries have many user groups, both citizens and Registries Staff, for many different types of entities and filings. This Epic is to support the planned Corps go-live in March so that all of the modernized filings can be supported by the Document Record Service

The service should integrate seamlessly with the existing designs and workflow
