Description
- [ ] BCOL Admin will set up GOVM acct, this will be coordinated with our group
- [ ] review list of IDIR's , IF they have access to NAMEX, this role can remain, any other accesses to be removed
- [ ] add new Contact center role
- [ ] need to coordinate which users access will be updated first from the below list
