Spike - Options for handling Withdrawn "Zombie" corps

The question has been raised as to what to do with the Withdrawn records in My Business Registry . My Staff Business Registry page after a future dated filing that would have created an entity have been withdrawn (Incorporation Application, Amalgamation, Continuation In).

This has been discussed with Amber and she has given us two options, we are free to choose which option we pursue based on which is the best option / least effort.

1) Automatically delete these Withdrawn filing entries after 90 days

2) Implement a filter on the page to show/not show Withdrawn entries
- Default view = don't show Withdrawn entries
- Filter enabled - show Withdrawn entries

Please investigate both options and provide estimates for both.

Also provide any recommendations or considerations to allow us to choose the best option
