Description
Confirm the access the Service BC has in the modernized system. Note, as per the meeting yesterday, this should document they access that they will have when the Auth change is implemented to provide them their own staff account.
- focus on screenshots for pages they will see
- confirm if there are rules / groups that are applied to all users on the account including the Maximus users
