BA - Requirements for RTR metrics dashboard

Ministry of Finance has identified the need for a dashboard with RTR statistics, similar to what is produced by Corporations Canada. Requirements must be gathered to identify what details this dashboard must include.

- Who is the consumer of this document (this will drive what is included)
- What are the pieces of data that we will have available in our system that could be included
- What are the top pieces of data from a report that would add value to the consumers (do we run an activity to identify this? are the UX/UI folks the right ones to provide this input?)
