Research direction

Start by reading the existing Intent to Liquidate filing and the linked Form 21 PDF, then locate the filing, ledger, receipt, copy-of-filing, and email workflows they use. Done means the staff-only filing collects the listed parties, addresses, dates, and optional documents, enforces an active company, applies the liquidation flag and fee, and produces the specified outputs.
