UI Design - Updates to Order for Control Sections

User research conducted by Mags in March 2025 identified that the legal community felt the ordering of jointly and in concert was illogical. Having an option to specify under 25% control isn't something they would pick because it doesn't meet the control threshold. They have suggested that specifying if a SI is working jointly/in concert/with associate prior to specifying the significance range would make more sense.

Task: Create a second version of the design (do not delete or edit the existing approved version) which moves jointly/ in concert/ with associate to the start in the control sections. Once ready, we will need to review with the UX/UI group and should revisit with the members of the legal community who provided this feedback.
