Repro Steps:
1. Go to Platforms in Test
2. Login with an existing Premium Account with PAD
Actual:
See screenshot
Login worked last week but is not working this week
Sometimes the message is 'user not found' other times the message is an internal server error
Expected:
Logins that worked last week should work this week
