UI Design: Update continuation in remove from table and delete application modals on BRD

#### Description
Design remove/delete modals for the rest of the applications on the BRD

#### Criteria
- Review current functionality
- Update the 'remove from table' modal beacuse the language is inaccurate
- Update the 'delete application' modal if needed
- Make design consistent

#### Desired State
- On the BRD, when you delete a draft application, it reverts back to an NR.
- If it’s an NR and you hit remove from table, you can add the NR back
- If it’s a Business, if you hit remove from table, you can add the business back
