DRS - New document record doesn't display in the table after filing

- [ ] when filing a new document record without filing date, description and uploading documents, the record is not displayed in the table.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on the create new document record
select the check mark for document ID and Entity ID
Select the entity type and document type
Navigate to review and confirm and submit the filing
Filter by the document type to search in the table and the record doesn't exist.

Reproduce the filing flow using the listed steps, then trace the create, review-and-confirm, submit, and document-table filtering entry points. Verify how a record with no filing date, description, or uploaded documents is persisted and displayed. Done means the newly filed record appears when filtering the table by document type.
