Considering time constraints, we won't be able to do the full integration with the documentation record system being built by Assets team before the MVP release.
The purpose of this spike, assuming the documentation record system is available, to investigate if we could
- start uploading there the new documents (like Consent letters) to the new doc record system
- migrate all the documents in BR from Minio to the new doc record system
Required : Estimates of the effort, risks, and recommended approach for the MVP release (whether or not we should do anything about it)
