Analytics dashboard for the MVP release

For the MVP release it’s important to monitor key metrics that can help to understand user engagement, system performance, and identify areas for improvement.

We might want to include:

**User Metrics:**
Active users (Daily/Monthly)
Retention rates
Total number of documents filed

**Filing Metrics:**
Filings per user
Filings count by type
Time taken to file a document
Error rates during filing

**System Metrics:**
Uptime & performance (average response time)
Filing processing time

**Completion Metrics:**
Percentage of documents filed successfully
Average time to approve by staff (for the applicable filings such as Continuation In)

Steps to take:

- [ ] Leverage Hotjar that we already use offers real-time insights into how users interact with our product.
