UI Design: Business Dashboard Enhancements

**Screen:** Entity dashboard
**Problem:** Currently, if you select the arrow icon on a ledger item, the card does not expand. Instead, it displays a drop down menu. You must select the 'view documents' button to expand the accordion. This conflicts with typical user expectations of accordion behavior. The typical behavior is that if they select an arrow icon on an accordion that it will typically expand the card.
