Investigation - FE and BE - Business Dashboard UI: Historical badge shows wrong reason text for conversion state filing

FE fix needed

**Background**
Tombstone conversion filings are brought over from colin and used to record important changes of corps before the time when data was migrated from mainframe to colin, but it will never display in ledger filing history.

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Go to business dashboard in dev
2. Observe that historical badge has wrong reason text

**BE Information**
BE will return `conversion` field and the converted filing field (`dissolution`,`amalgamationApplication` etc.) in the response so that FE can utilize it. Note that new dissolution subtype `unknown` and new amalgamation subtype `unknown` are added.
