Edit Application - Update Information

**Given** an user on the Dashboard view
**When** they want to update information
**Then** they will able to click CTA to start edits and save the changes
**And** then the action is logged with details including username, timestamp and action name, and values updated
**And then** the examiner can view the updated information on their details view

- Co-Host: Contact Info. Cannot change their names if they are the completing party
