Hosts - Wrong text on the receipt

Repro Steps:
1. Go to Hosts
2. Start a new app for an exempt jurisdiction (e.g. Comox BC)
3. Select Single Family Home as the dwelling type, entire home being rented by the owner
4. Fill in all required fields and submit and pay the fee with a credit card
5. Download the receipt

Receipt shows that the user was charged for a room rental, even though they selected to rent an entire house

Expected:
The receipt should say '.. Application Fee for Host - Entire Home Rental'

Compare the receipt text with the selected dwelling type; done means the downloaded receipt identifies the charge as an application fee for an entire-home rental, while preserving the correct amount.
