AUTH Ops - script to set up affiliation scenarios in DEV

Entities would like our help setting up some test data for affiliations in DEV.

The company email and company password are currently stored in AUTH DB.

**Request Details:**
Please make this a re-useable script or notebook.
Please modify some BC companies (limited, cc, or ulc) in DEV so that they have and have the following specifications:

- All have should testoutputs@gov.bc.ca as their email address (except for the ones with no email address)

then there are 8 scenarios:
both email and password - no affiliations - BC123
no email but has a password - no affiliations - BC789
has email but has no password - no affiliations
has neither email nor password - no affiliations
both email and password - affiliated to another account (BCREG0040)
no email but has a password - affiliated to another account (BCREG0040)
has email but has no password - affiliated to another account (BCREG0040)
has neither email nor password - affiliated to another account (BCREG0040)
