Remove Application ID from Dashboard

**Rationale:**
When people get the application number, they may think it’s a registration number. Make info more prominent that the application number isn’t the registration number. People should be aware that registration number should be used for listing instead of application number.

**Requirement:**
Remove application number from dashboard, users should should receive email with Reference code (aka: application ID) instead. Email notification may require a separate ticket.
