Edit UI: File & Pay Correction Filing Schema Error (Safari only)

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Business , https://dev.business-dashboard.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC0884880/
2. Click on File a correction
3. Click on Staff Error
4. Make a correction such as change address, name etc and add details
5. Click on File & Pay (passes and successfully files in chrome but not in safari)

**Actual/ observed behavior/ results**

**Expected behavior**

It should let file the correction without any issues.

Start by reproducing the File & Pay correction flow in Safari after changing a correction such as an address or name, then compare it with Chrome. Trace the schema error shown when filing rather than saving a draft, and confirm that the same correction can be filed successfully in Safari without the error.
