UI Design - Service BC SI Verification

Service BC will be prescribed as a group that can verify identity of individuals listed as SI's. The intention is they would do this in office, by accepting a limited set of ID types. Design is needed for a location within the BC Registries system where Service BC staff could input they have verified ID for an SI and specify any required details of that SI.

Policy has recommended we capture the type of identification and the time that the ID was reviewed (no requirements regarding including a list - a free form box for type of ID was discussed as well).

Note:
- data entry is easy but launch point is more challenging
- question on whether this could fit in a staff filing location (where omit lives)
- consideration omit will likely be done by senior BC Registries analysts whereas Service BC SI verification would be done by SBC staff (who will have a separate account from BC Registries staff)
