BUG: Correction details cannot be filed using safari browser

Correction details cannot be filed using safari browser. When I use google chrome the issue is resolved.

**Recreate Scenario:**
1. login as staff on safari browser
2. add a correction with name transalation and text in details input field
3. error message pops up

**Current State Error Message**

Reproduce the correction-details filing scenario with a staff login in Safari, then compare it with Chrome and inspect the correction submission flow. Done means a correction with a name translation and details text can be filed in Safari without the reported error, while Chrome remains working.
