Description
In the annual report if the company stated there are no SI's previously we save and preselect that for them.
- save checkbox (note: we only save the no SI's checkbox on the AR. In a change filing we do not load with that selected if it had been previously identified)
- verify: button to add another SI is disabled when the no SI's checkbox is populated
