New Dashboard: Font size difference between the Old and New Dashboards

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
The font difference between the New and Old dashboards makes reading them difficult at different acceptable screen resolutions.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'test.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca'
2. Login in BCREGA004 which has the new Business Dashboard
3. Inspect the Page headers or the text and compare it with the Font size in the old dashboard.
4. Now try out Screen Resolutions, such as 920 x 1080, which is widely used, and notice the screen visualization.
