BTR In Filing Verification

- lawyers are authorized to verify the identity of an SI
- policy has suggested that parents of minors could also be authorized to verify the identity of minor SI's
- lawyers should have to verify that they are practicing, digitally (method to be determined)

Questions
- is the ability to verify identity restricted to lawyers only, or could this be extended to paralegals. Note, most paralegals are the ones doing the data entry

Flows/Designs Needed
- MVP design options are needed which allow a lawyer the ability to specify they are a lawyer (some sort of checkbox) and then verify the identity of SIs. Note, the lawyer should be able to specify if they have verified the identity for each SI since they may be able to verify some but not all

Future State
- lawyers will be identified by a digital credential
- those who are not verified in the filing will be asked to verify identity in the email that states somebody has been listed as an SI (BCSC verification + out of canada option TBD)
