Description
-Upgrade the document class and type based on the existing specifications in DRS (Doug provided details in the SPIKE ticket).
-Update the file upload payload:
- [ ] Remove the key and presigned URL.
- [ ] Include the document class, type, and consumerDocumentId (if available).
- [ ] Update the authorization and foreignJurisdiction objects with the updated consumer identifier.
- [ ] Ensure the document download functionality works properly in the Summary Business Previous Jurisdiction component.
