**Hosts - HOUS questions**
- [x] Confirm messaging that should be shown to users when the check comes back that their address is PR exempt

- [ ] Add an alternate business contact for a Property Manager
- [ ] Add logic to flag to Examiner if the unit number is missing when the property type is for Condo/Townhouse/etc.

- [x] Add logic to the document uploader in Step 3 to check that at least one file was uploaded for each required supporting document category
