UI - Breakpoints for tablet for entity dashboard

Currently there are issues with styling between the sizes of 768-1024px. between those sizes we should hold the 2 column body layout with the changes added in the tickets below for those components. Anything under 768 can receive the mobile layout.

For the main BC service header we're not seeing the normal responsive behaviour that currently exists - where the BC registries and Online services wraps to 2 lines and the user name get reduced to just the avatar icon like so:

There potentially looks to be general differences between browsers as I'm seeing the 2 column layout persist in the 768 breakpoint in chrome (mac) but the screenshot below shows the one column mobile treatment for the same size...I'm assuming in edge...
