UI - Filing history ux updates

For this one - the main issue is that in the new build, the ledgered item details are broken into 3 columns where they should exist as just one line of text that wraps. The three columns are not helping in the readability nor in the responsive behaviour so please change back to one line of text that wraps.

**Filing history list is not in alignment. Styling does not match when window is smaller. Alignment is a little off.**

Start by locating the Filing history list and the ledgered item details component in the frontend, then compare its current layout with the linked Figma design and the attached alignment image. Check the component at narrow and wide window sizes; done means the details render as one wrapping line and the list alignment and button spacing match the specified responsive behavior.
