Description
Overlay module styling should stay how it is in the new system with the exception of the buttons.
Primary action (in this case) "Delete" should be solid blue but on the right
Secondary action "cancel" should be outlined and on the left.
This should be standard for all overlay models.

_**Previous feedback---------**_
**Delete Draft styling is incorrect. _Note, we should verify if the initial styling was accessible and check whether the current styling is out of the box Nuxt. We want to avoid customization, but find it warranted if it's meeting an objective, such as meeting accessibility._**

Research direction
Start by locating the shared Nuxt overlay entry point and reviewing the current Delete Draft dialog against the supplied screenshots and accessibility expectations. Check how the primary and secondary actions are ordered and styled across overlay variants; done means all overlays follow the requested button treatment without unnecessary customization.
