This is a Benefit Company (alteration filed in 2020). This law firm representing this company has reached out to us as it is showing as not in good standing on Corporate Online, but the 2024 Annual Report was filed in BCROS on June 14, 2024. I know that BCROS should be relied on as the source of truth but I’m not sure if this is impacting a 3rd party application. Can the information be updated in COLIN so that it shows that the company is up to date with their filings?
Please investigate why this company filed in BCROS in June 2024, but is not good standing on COLIN.
