UI Design - To Do list item for Transparency Register filing

GIVEN I am a company owner or company representative (e.g. law firm)
WHEN I create a company in the BC Registries modernized system
THEN I want to be advised that I am required to file my initial Transparency Register transaction within 6 months

Business Rule:
- within 6 months after incorporation, amalgamation, conversion, continuation in and full restoration a privately traded BC Company must file their Registrar's Transparency Register

Handling:
- with annual reports we handle this is the to-do list. This solution should also include a to-do list item
