Description

### 📖 User Story
**As** an examiner
**I want** to see the details of applications platform submitted
**So that** I can have the information about the platform registered

### Context:

#### 🎨 UX/UI Link:

### 📏 Business Rules

- [ ] Examiner can click "View" button on examiner dashboard to view details of individual platform application.
- [ ] On the application details page (or registration details page), examiners can view the details of application submitted, applicaiton status, registration details (registration status, date of registration, and expiration date) if application is approved, view and download payment receipt, and action log (aka: filing history)
- [ ] Examiners can navigate back to the examiner dashboard through breadcrumb.

### 🎭 Story Scenarios:

### Scenario: **Examiners on dashboard**

- **Given** that an examiner is on their dashboard
- **When** they click on "View" button under a specific platform application
- **Then** they are redirected to an application details page
- **And Then** they can view the details of application submitted, applicaiton status, registration details, view/download payment receipt and view action log.

### Scenario: **Navigate back to platform dashboard**
- **Given** that a platform user is on the application details of an platform application
- **When** they click on "dashboard" on the breadcrumb
- **Then** they are redirected to platform dashboard page

Then these adjustments should be applied consistently across all pages
