Description
Ticket 23502 showed that 80% of BCOL accounts that are used in SBC Connect top up via PAD.
We want all of these clients to switch from BCOL to PAD in the new system.
Just to make sure that's safe, let's confirm if any of those BCOL accounts are used to pay for things like BCA or BC Corps in COLIN.
If any of these accounts are heavily used for legacy stuff we may not be able to pressure them to switch to PAD.
