Bug - Corrections - Removed Share Class not included in PDF of Correction Application filing

Spotted by one of the train-the-trainer SMEs

Scenario:
- Correction filing
- Add some share classes
- remove a share class
- Submit filing

Issue:
- The PDF for the Correction filing includes the share classes added, but NOT the ones removed

Test case - BC1144597

It is appropriate for the revised NOA to show only the new current share classes, but the PDF of the filing should display both additions and removals

Start by reproducing correction filing BC1144597 with an added and removed share class, then trace the correction filing PDF generation path. Compare the filing PDF with the revised NOA: the PDF should show both additions and removals, while the NOA should show only the current share classes.
